Oliver Dent has over 12 years’ experience in high level financial markets search. After leaving university in 1994 with a degree in Economics, Oliver went straight into executive search for Longbridge International. Initially he specialised in Emerging Market Equity Sales and Trading, but soon worked his way to head of the Equities desk, responsible for a team of five specialists.

After 10 years at Longbridge hiring senior level executives for most of the major European and US institutions, Oliver left to join Hays Executive in 2005 to run the Financial Markets desk. At Hays Oliver transacts business across a number of sectors ranging from debt to equity, working closely with a select number of financial institutions to fulfil a wide range of their recruitment needs.
