Over 5 years of technology industry experience in Asia, with the past 3 1/2 spent in recruitment for a wide variety of software/hardware vendors, system integrators and other IT solutions providers.

Roles worked on include commercial as well as technical positions across all levels of seniority. Prior to Hays, Connie was a Senior Consultant with another global recruitment company and was instrumental in creating and building up their IT & Telecoms Practice initially in Singapore, then Hong Kong. Connie holds a Bachelors Degree in Economics from Columbia University (New York)
