Cathy Graham

Cathy has over 20 years business experience, primarily concentrated in professional services firms. She has conducted searches across a broad range of functional areas and disciplines, including board of director and CEO searches, along with manager searches for both public and private sectors.

Prior to joining Hays Executive, Cathy was a co-founder of CV Management, a retained boutique search firm. Her executive search experience was gained during 4 years as a Senior Consultant at Ray and Berndtson and 4 years as Director of Research at Spencer Stuart. Cathy left Spencer Stuart to join a dot.com start-up, wheresfrankie.com, to assist in developing their recruiting revenue model. Prior to Spencer Stuart, Cathy's early career consisted of 10 years as a business information specialist at McKinsey and Company, preceded by 4 years as a librarian at Environment Canada.

Cathy has an honours B.A. from Dalhousie University and a Master's in Library and Information Science from the University of Western Ontario.
