Alastair has over 10 years banking line experience in the financial services sector both in the UK and the Far East with experience as an equity trader and in sales as well as a senior executive search consultant. Alastair has 7 years banking executive search experience and before joining Hays Executive he worked with 2 specialist investment banking search firms in Singapore. Alastair concentrates on assignments across the Asian region in equity sales, research, sales-trading, trading, operations, investment and corporate banking, and private banking. He came to Asia in 1995 after completing an MBA from Cranfield School of Management. He is a holder of a Bachelor of Commerce Degree from Birmingham University in the United Kingdom.
