Our brief was to identify individuals in the market to make up a team of 4 Eurobond traders to be based in London. The team were responsible for building up a franchise in this highly competitive sector from scratch. Each trader had to have the potential to become top rated within a year and to generate substantial revenues. This mandate was filled within 3 months with the leading market traders.
