Iberian Syndicated Loan Origination

The assignment was to identify an individual with primary responsibility fro the origination, structuring and execution of syndicated credit facilities in Spain and Portugal ( and to provide origination support in other Southern European countries) and leading the execution of the transactions through to financial close.

The role involved the managing of deal terms within Syndicated Loan Origination and across other Structured Lending teams as well as structuring, negotiating, analysing, documenting and closing complex financing arrangements across all industry sectors.

Using input from our Madrid office we were able to identify properly qualified candidates and the client successfully completed the hire in an acceptable time frame.
