Building Services

We work with contractors and consultants throughout the UK in what is now a very busy sector. With environmental issues now at the forefront of building services design and the push for greater resources within the health sector, resulting in many new hospitals being built, there is a whole new approach being adopted within this sector.

We have worked extensively in this sector with clients such as White Young Green, Shepherd Engineering Services (SES), Lorne Stewart, Balfour Kilpatrick, BRE, Buro Happold, Mouchel Parkman, as well as sourcing relevent technical people for several local authorities and other public sector organisations.

On the maintenance side we have worked some of the leading providers such as MITIE, OCS, Reliance, Emcor, Accord, Norland and Connaught as well as clients such as Harrods and Barclays Bank.

Recent assignmentst have been completed in the regions as well as London and our market knowledge, attention to detail and comprehensive network of people nationwide serves us well.

We have close ties with CIBSE.
