Area Manager for Eastern Europe
The successful candidate would initially be based in Sweden but would later move to move to Eastern Europe. Along with technical skills experience required included fluency in Russian and experience of the Eastern European culture. A selection of different media outlets were chosen to maximise the appropriate response including both on and offline advertisements. We received around 100 CVs from candidates living in Russia, Estonia, Lithuania and Sweden. After interviewing the best candidates we presented a shortlist of 6 to the client.
