HR Director
Hays Executive were retained to recruit a new HR Director at Samsung, responsible for the Nordic Area. Samsung needed a senior HR Director with at least 10 years experience and experience from the Nordic region. In order to attract candidates with the right skill base and background we launched a targeted and highly effective executive search strategy. A high profile appropriately marketed advertising strategy was executed to ensure the widest pool of talented candidates to select from. A selection of different media outlets were chosen to maximise the appropriate response. Diversity-friendly websites were chosen to encourage applications from that area. Advertisements were placed in national and diversity publications, both online and offline. Candidates could apply by post or via an online form if preferred. A carefully targeted executive search exercise was launched, designed to capture the interest of someone of the right background and stature for the position.
