Operations Director

Our client, active in the aerospace industry, asked us to recruit for an Operations Director. Hays Executive conducted a dual campaign including a targeted search and advertising. A 'Target list' was drawn up for the client in combination with response from the advertisement. After discussing the long list, the client met the shortlist. After final interviews a job offer was made.
