Hays Executive was appointed to search for the Head of Equity Sales Trading Asia to be based in Hong Kong. Responsible for a strong regional market and client coverage this person was required to build strong relationships with Asian focused clients in the US for both long only and hedge funds.

Over 50 candidates were approached for this role with a final shortlist of 4 presented. These candidates were sourced from around the Asian region and selected individuals were also approached in London and New York. A strong candidate was successfully placed who was already working in Hong Kong.
