Build the International Corporate Team

Hays Executive was retained by the client to build their International Corporate Team based in Hong Kong. Positions included senior relationship managers, relationship managers, account executives and a technical specialist.

The research team, under guidance from the head of banking, were engaged to map the market of competitor institutions. Individuals were then initially screened by telephone before 10-15 were interviewed face to face. From this a shortlist of 3-4 individuals per position were presented to the client. All positions were filled successfully and we are currently helping to build a similar team for this client in South East Asia.
