A global chemicals company relocated its Asia Pacific regional headquarters to Hong Kong and required 8 individuals to manage the new office under the Regional Director. Roles included heads of finance, human resources and logistics.

An extensive research project was undertaken across the Asia region with a focus on Hong Kong to identify candidates with relevant background in certain chemical fields. This was a challenging and successful project selling a new entity in Hong Kong and was completed within the agreed timeframe.
