Operational Director

In this role as Operational Director, the final candidate had to assure the general management of the Belgian subsidiary, i.e. define the commercial and operational strategy, combined with financial responsibility. Reporting to the general management in France. The complexity of this assignment was to find a candidate who combined an in-depth technical knowledge with commercial and managerial skills. This assignment has been resolved in a short period of 3 months.
