Hays was appointed at very short notice by a high profile Not for Profit entity to recruit an individual able to resolve 2/3 critical issues within the organisation. Possessing both NFP and commercial experience, candidates were expected to lead a finance team to achieve deliverables within strict deadlines. We were successful in rapidly sourcing relevant candidates through research and our network of contacts. Once recruited, the individual was able to offer extensive relevant ‘sector’ experience and, having completed the initial brief on time, was retained by the client.
