Senior Manager, Management Accounting

Due to impending maternity leave, Hays was approached to recruit a candidate able to offer stability, leadership and experience at a time of potential upheaval. The applicant(s) were required to provide timely, accurate and relevant financial advice to Senior Executive staff, whilst adopting staff management responsibilities for 6-7 employees. Due to the specific nature of the role, previous knowledge of the Public Service was preferable and Hays was able to source relevant candidates via a combination of search and external advertising. The successful candidate achieved all of the pre-requisites and continues to offer real value for money to the client.
