Each assignment begins with a face-to-face meeting to ensure complete clarity on the organisation, its culture and the exact nature of the position. Utilising our sector expertise, we can help define the role and the key competencies required as well as suggesting a salary and benefits package that will attract the most talented individuals. Target markets, advertising media and assessment processes would also be discussed and agreed.

2. Targeting and approaching candidates

Providing clear and comprehensive reports including full candidate profiles and an analysis of the market we will help clients decide on the strongest short list.
2.3 Client interviews
In addition to the provision of candidate information we can help clients with the structure and arrangements for their interviews.

Our consultants are experienced at securing the appointment through managing negotiations, offer confirmation and securing references.
3. Candidate care
As well as providing the highest levels of service to our clients, we also maintain regular communication with candidates throughout ensuring that they are clear as to the process and that their interest in the role is retained.
4. Follow up
Once the appointment has been made we follow up with the client and candidate to obtain feedback and a thorough evaluation of the placement and the process undertaken.
