By identifying previously-developed land and increasing its supply for future development, the English Partnerships Regeneration Agency is making good use of the nation’s shortage of land and ensuring the creation of diverse communities.

The agency's main aim is to develop high-quality affordable housing that everyone can enjoy living and working in.

Through a series of joint ventures, with both public and private sector partners, English Partnerships is helping to create communities that are affordable for all and are places where people will want to live.

By utilising the considerable resources these ventures allow, the agency has the ability to take on large and complex projects, such as its Milton Keynes projects.

To further ensure community diversity, the agency hosts collaborative regeneration design workshops that aim to encourage an inclusive approach to good urban design and environmental sustainability that will help create areas that can be accessed and adapted by users regardless of age, gender, race or physical ability.
