This powerful Leadership Course provides a unique opportunity to maximize leadership potential. Lord Ouseley, Chairman of the INclusion Network Board, will personally attend the Modules and be available to participants and Mentors throughout the programme.

INfuture is designed to help ambitious and talented individuals from diverse backgrounds develop their personal leadership skills to reach the most senior roles.

  • This programme will include upto 12 participants from a range of disciplines
  • It begins on January 23rd 2007
  • There will be 1 module per month for 12 months (each module lasting 1 day)
  • Each participant will be supported by a senior mentor
  • There is no cost to participants or their organisations

The aim of INfuture is to deliver tangible results and for participants to be equipped to reach the top.
