If we have no contact with you then following the expiry of a period as we consider appropriate we will archive for file or may delete it.

I understand and consent that in order to promote my career prospects, Hays may forward my details to clients at their sole discretion, and additionally display promotional excerpts from my details on the hays.com website. I agree and accept that my present employer may access the hays.com website and I waive any and all claims I may have against Hays as a result of any loss I may suffer as a result of the information being displayed on the hays.com website.

Employer disclaimer

You agree and accept that hays.com website is open to all its customers and will contain Candidate Profiles about candidates looking for jobs. You undertake that you will not use the hays.com database of candidate profiles for any purpose other than to search for candidates to fulfil specific job opportunities. You will indemnify and hold hays.com harmless for any and all liability howsoever arising (to the fullest extent allowed by law) hays.com may incur should you use the details herein for any other purpose other than that for which they were intended.

We will provide all of our clients with a copy of the Standard Terms of Business applicable to them at the point of registration or following registration.
