With new age discrimination legislation coming on 1 October, it is imperative everyone is well informed of the implications.

There isn’t much time to go and the legislation could mean big changes - some commentators have said this is going to be more of a challenge for employers than all previous equality legislation combined!

So, in our INteresting section, you’ll find info on some upcoming conferences that focus on age. Our new Corporate Champion, the National Housing Federation, has a conference in October on 'Changing the Face of Leadership in Housing'.

Our INspiring person this time is Peter Armitage, who is Practice Director at Hays Executive. Peter is part of the INclusion advisory board and clearly sees the importance of the business case for building a diverse workforce.
